DIY Dog Clown Collar

Dress your dog as a clown for Halloween! Measure your dog and cut a rectangle of colorful fabric to the size needed. Tape the long edges of the rectangle together to make a fabric tube. Put a piece of elastic through the tube, attach either end of the elastic together, then attach the ends of the fabric tube together. Put the collar on your dog and ensure it is not too tight.
