DIY Dog Hula Costume

Make a hula costume for your dog to wear to a luau or for Halloween! Get a dog collar that is large enough to fit around your dog’s waist. Cut pieces of crepe paper and attach the pieces across the length of the collar in two layers. Attach feathers on top of the crepe paper, then glue a ribbon across the collar to cover the tips of the feathers. Draw designs on the ribbon with a permanent marker. Put the skirt on your dog and loosely wrap a lei around their neck.
