DIY Large Wood Turtle Habitat

Build a large indoor habitat for your turtles! Get a stock tank. Measure the tank and cut pieces of wood to fit around the top of the tank for the deck area. Cut additional pieces of wood for the frame and to line the sides. Cut out holes in the deck for plastic storage containers to fit inside as planters and a sandpit. Cover the deck with AstroTurf and the deck sides with a decorative decal. Assemble the deck and deck frame, then assemble the frame for the sides. Hang lights from the ceiling over the habitat.
