DIY Skirt Cat Cloak

If your cat has a cloak, it can be a witch or vampire for Halloween! Place a fabric skirt on your cat. Cut pieces of ribbon and sew or tape the end of each ribbon onto the front edges of the cloak. Cut a piece of poster board to the length needed to wrap around your cat’s shoulders and tape the poster board into the back collar of the cloak.
