Paper Plate Cat Cone Collar

Use a paper plate to make an Elizabethan collar for your cat! Cut a hole out of the center of the plate that can fit over your cat’s head. Gently push the collar over your cat’s head and ensure that the collar is loose enough around your cat’s neck for comfort and safety.
