DIY Dog Tutu

Dress your dog in a ballerina costume! Cut a piece of elastic or ribbon to the size needed and cut several dozen strips of tulle. Lay the strips of tulle on several sheets of newspaper and used colored hair spray to dye the tutu tulle various colors.
