Paper Dog Party Hat

Make a party hat for your pet! Cut a brown paper bag into a triangle with a curved base, lay the shape on a piece of wrapping paper and cut out the shape with an extra inch of trim. Fold the wrapping paper edges over the brown paper bag piece, glue the edges shut, fold the hat together and staple the edges. Attach pom poms or cotton balls around the base and back seam of the hat, adorn the top with a bone-shaped foam cut-out and attach a length of ribbon to each side for tying under your dog’s chin.
