Paper Cup Cat Toy

Use paper cups to make a new toy for your cat! Cut an X-shape in the bottom of each cup and cut out the flaps of the X to make a square hole. Glue the lip of the cups together. Cut a pencil or chopstick into two pieces that are about the same width as the bottom of the cups. Feed a rubber band through the cups and use the pencils to hold the rubber band in place. Put cat treats inside the toy and give the toy to your cat.
