DIY Credit Card Algae Scraper

Use an old credit card to clean your aquarium! Lay a wood dowel on a credit card vertically with the top of the dowel just above the center of the card and draw a small line to mark the location and width of the dowel tip. Use a razor blade to cut the tiny line into the card, then cut two longer lines below that line. Carefully carve a slit into the end of the wood dowel, weave the end of the dowel between the two long lines on the card and fit the small cut in the credit card into the slit in the tip of the dowel.
