TP Roll Fringe Toy

Make a toy for your cat out of a toilet paper roll! Remove all the toilet paper from the roll. Cut either side of the tube into thick pieces of fringe, then fold the pieces of fringe outwards so the roll stands on the fringe like legs. Toss the toy for your cat and consider setting some treats inside the roll for your cat to forage.
