Wood Pallet Hay Rack

Turn a wood pallet into a hay rack for your goats! Remove the middle boards from the back of the pallet and attach a piece of plywood across the back of the pallet. Attach a wood beam along the bottom of the hay rack, line up cinder blocks to make a stand for the hay rack and tie the top of the hay rack to a fence post.
