Speaker Box Cat Hide

Turn a speaker box into a condo for your cat! Get a speaker box that is large enough to accommodate your cat. Remove the speaker and any internal hardware. Measure the box, cut squares of decorative fabric to cover each of the inside walls, and cut matching squares of batting and thick fabric. Cut out a hole from one set of fabrics and batting for the box entrance. Sew each piece of decorative fabric to a piece of thick fabric with the batting in the center. Attach the wall pads inside the speaker with Velcro fasteners. Paint the edge of the speaker hole and sew a pair of fabric cat ears to hang over the box entrance.
