DIY Bow Collar

Dress your pet like the gift they are for special occasions! Cut a piece of ribbon and tie the ribbon into a bow. Measure your pet’s neck and cut another piece of ribbon to the length needed. Glue or sew the bow onto the collar ribbon, then attach a Velcro fastener to either end of the collar.
