Jeans Goat Soft Pack

Use a pair of jeans to make a soft pack for your goat, donkey or pony! Cut two rectangles of fabric to the desired size of the soft pack, cut off the legs of a pair of jeans and cut along the side seams. Sew the jeans onto the top rectangle of fabric with zippers along the top edge of the jeans to create pockets. Measure your goat and sew nylon strapping into the decorative fabric for the chest and belly straps with strap fasteners. Sew the bottom rectangle on as a liner for the soft pack and hem the edge of the pack with bias tape or ribbon.
