Chair Bag Dog Raincoat

Turn the bag of a camping chair into a raincoat for your dog! Measure your dog and cut out the template for the coat from a paper bag. Use the paper bag template to cut out the pieces needed for each side of the coat from the chair bag and consider cutting out matching pieces from a thick fabric for the inside lining. Sew the back edges of the fabric together, hem the edges of the coat and lining together and attach pieces of Velcro across the front panels of the coat. Cut off the strap of the chair bag, cut the strap into two pieces for the belly straps, sew the belly straps onto either side of the coat and attach pieces of Velcro to the straps.
