DIY Ant Farm Moat

Make a moat for your ant farm! Find a large tray or make your own by cutting pieces of glass or acrylic and using aquarium silicone to glue the pieces of the tray together. Set two smaller trays inside the large tray, partially fill the area around the small trays with rocks, and add enough water to cover the rocks. Partially fill the shallow trays with sand or dirt and set the ant formicarium in one of the small trays. Add various decorations to the trays and use a curved stick with each end in one of the trays as a bridge.
