DIY Cat Angel Costume

Make an angel costume for your cat to wear on Halloween! Twist the ends of pipe cleaners together to make a collar for your cat and twist together pipe cleaners to make a halo for your cat. Test the collar on your cat and use a pipe cleaner to attach the halo to the collar. Cut pieces of paper into the shape of wings, cut a piece of elastic or string to tie around your cat and fold the wings over the elastic. Glue the wings in place and glue craft feathers onto the paper wings if desired.
