DIY Cup Dripper

Use a cup to make your chameleon’s habitat more like a rainforest! Get a plastic cup. Poke two holes in either side of the cup near the rim, thread either end of a piece of wire through one of the holes and twist the wire ends in place. Carefully heat a metal thumbtack on a stove burner briefly, put on an oven mitt, and use the hot tack to poke a small hole or several small holes in the bottom of the cup. Fill the cup with water, attach a hook to the ceiling of your pet’s cage and hang the cup on the hook by the wire. Set a matching cup on the floor of the habitat to catch the drips, or put a shallow bowl under the cup to catch the drips and lay a blanket over the bowl to ensure that your pet can exit the bowl.
