DIY Decorative Fabric Leash

Make a decorative leash for your dog! Cut a piece of cotton or nylon strapping to the length needed for the leash with extra length on each end for the leash handle and clip. Cut strips of decorative fabric to the same size of the strapping and sew one piece of fabric onto the top of the strapping. Fold and iron the remaining strips of fabric in half, fold under and iron each edge of the fabrics and sew the folded strips onto the sides of the strapping. Stitch the leash handle and leash clip firmly in place with a square and X-shape.
