DIY Dog Capelet

Keep your dog warm with a capelet! Use a plastic cone collar to trace a half-circle shape on a piece of thick fabric. Cut out the shape and glue pearls, beads or other embellishments onto the coat. Cut pieces of ribbon, glue the ends of the ribbons to the top corners of the cape and use the ribbons to tie the capelet on your dog.
