DIY Dog Christmas Elf Hat

Make a merry hat for your dog to wear! Measure your dog’s head. Draw a triangle with a rounded base on a piece of paper that matches the measurement needed, cut out the shape and use the shape as a template to cut out a piece of green felt to make the hat. Use the template to cut a strip of fabric to decorate the hat, attach the strip of fabric across the hat and sew small star-like designs across the stripe. Sew the edges of the hat together to make the cone shape, attach a pom-pom to the top and attach a pieces of elastic across the bottom of the hat for a chin strap.
