DIY Dog Peacock Costume

Dress your dog as a peacock for Halloween! Cut a piece of elastic to fit around your dog’s waist and attach a Velcro fastener on either end. Cut pieces of tulle that are peacock colors and tie the center of each piece around the elastic. Continue adding tulle until the elastic is covered, then glue the ends of several peacock feathers into the pieces of tulle on the back of the tutu. Cut out a piece of craft foam to make a peacock mask for your pup, decorate the mask with feathers, and attach a piece of elastic around the back of the mask.
