DIY Fabric Dog Harness

Sew a piece of decorative fabric into a dog harness! Measure your pet and draw one side of the harness on a piece of paper for a template. Fold the fabric in half, place the template along the fold and cut out the fabric. Cut a piece of felt to match the decorative fabric, attach the fabrics and hem the edges with bias tape. Use pieces of ribbon to sew a D-ring to each of the top straps and sew each top strap to each bottom strap.
