DIY Guinea Pig Skunk Costume

Dress your guinea pig as a skunk for Halloween! Measure your guinea pig. Draw the shape of the skunk tail on a piece of newspaper, draw a rectangle at the top of the tail for the body of the costume, then cut out the shape. Use the paper template to cut the shape out of a piece of black fabric. Attach a strap on either side of the body area, and put Velcro fasteners on the ends of the straps. Cut strips of white fabric for the skunk stripes, fringe one side of each stripe, and attach the white strips down the sides of the costume. Attach pipe cleaners along the edge of the tail, then bend the tail into shape.
