DIY Gun Cabinet Vivarium

Convert a gun cabinet into a home for your reptile! Get a gun cabinet and remove any unwanted parts from the inside of the cabinet, such as the gun rack or felt wallpaper. Paint the inside of the cabinet with a non-toxic sealant. Measure the cabinet, cut a piece of Plexiglas to fit in the bottom of the cabinet, and attach a handle on the Plexiglas for easy removal. Drill holes in the sides of the cabinet for ventilation and cover the outside of the holes with screen if needed. Cut a hole in the top of the cabinet, make a wood box to fit over the hole, and attach a light inside the box. Furnish the tank with tall branches, plants, and any other items your pet may need.
