DIY Hamster Foraging Challenge

Create a challenging foraging toy for your hamster, rat or other small rodent! Cut two small slits in one end of a toilet paper roll and repeat with the second roll. Spike a toothpick through a grape or strawberry and weave either end of the toothpick through the holes in the toilet paper rolls. Feed the rolls through a hamster ball stand or make your own stand out of Popsicle sticks and place the stand on a low cardboard box that your hamster can climb.
