DIY Rabbit Vampire Cape

Dress your rabbit as a vampire for Halloween! Draw the shape of the flared collar on a piece of newspaper as a template and cut out the shape. Use the paper shape to cut out matching pieces from stiff red and black felt or another stiff fabric. Place the fabrics together with the outsides facing into each other, sew together the top and sides of the fabrics and turn the fabrics right-side out. Cut a piece of soft black fabric for the cape, lay the base of the collar on the top of the cape and sew the pieces together. Lay a ribbon across the area where the two pieces meet, sew the ribbon in place and use the ribbon to tie the cape onto your bunny.
