DIY Toad Enclosure

Construct a home for your toads! Cut two pieces of plywood for the base and top of the toad enclosure, and cut 2×4 boards into column posts and support beams. Attach the support beams to the base, attach the columns around the outside of the base and attach the top support beams to the columns. Cover each opening with mesh, cut out a square from each side of the roof and reattach the squares on hinges. Secure the roof to the box, attach drawer handles or knobs to each door and fill your homemade toad cage with a sand or dirt floor, small pool and other toad-friendly furnishings.
