DIY Tortoise Shelving Habitat

Build a habitat for your tortoise out of shelves! Gather slated wood shelves and attach them together in a rectangular shape. Cut a piece of wood for the bottom of the habitat and attach a plastic tablecloth over the wood. Paint or decorate the structure and arrange it in an ideal location for your tortoise. Fill the base of the habitat with substrate and planter boxes filled with dirt, and furnish the habitat to meet your tortoise’s needs.
