DIY Turtle Angel Costume

Dress your turtle or tortoise as an angel for Halloween! Draw the shape for the angel wings on a piece of card stock or paper and cut out the shape. Tie pipe cleaners end to end to make a long rope. Poke two holes in the angel wings and feed the wings onto the pipe cleaners, or use glue to attach the wings on the pipe cleaners. Wrap the pipe cleaner rope around the center of your turtle’s shell, then form the pipe cleaners into a halo over your pet’s head.
