DIY Underwater Foraging Forest

Assemble a forest of vegetables for an underwater enrichment activity! Cut four pieces of PVC and use PVC connectors to make a rectangle. Cut a piece of plastic mesh to the size of the rectangle and tie the mesh onto the frame with zip ties or fishing wire. Cut small holes in the mesh and insert chopped leafy greens that are safe for your pets, such as romaine lettuce, kale or collard greens for pet turtles. Place the foraging forest on the bottom of your aquarium tank and remove the enrichment activity after several hours.
