Food Bowl Pet Planter

Turn your pet’s extra food bowl into a planter for edible plants! Drill holes in the bottom of the bowl. Place a layer of gravel or pebbles in the bowl and cover the gravel with soil. Place seeds of plants that are safe for your pet to eat into the soil, such as catnip for cats, Lucerne grass for dogs, oats for rabbits or timothy meadow grass for guinea pigs. Cover the top of the seeds with soil and water the plants as needed.
