Hook Fruit Bird Feeder

Attract orioles, robins, bluebirds and other fruit-feeding birds to your yard with this easy trick! Find a large S-hook and a sturdy stick or wood dowel. Drill a hole through the stick and glue the stick onto the hook for a perch. Attach a plant hook to a post or fence and hang the fruit feeder on the post. Cut open an orange or apple and stake the fruit onto the S-hook, drape a bunch of grapes over the end of the feeder or spike dried figs onto the hook like a kabob.
