Molasses Carrot Cake

Make a special cake for your horse! Combine the molasses, oats and shredded carrot in a bowl. Spoon the mixture onto a plate and form it into the shape of a cake. Slice an apple and line the edges of the cake with the apple slices. Sprinkle shredded carrot onto the top of the cake for frosting. Slice carrots in half lengthwise and stick them in the top of the cake for faux candles.

Ingredients: molasses or honey, sweet feed or oats, carrots and an apple
