Newspaper Bird Plucking Toy

Give your bird a toy to pluck as a deterrent for feather plucking or just for fun! Cut sections of newspaper or magazines into thin strips and poke holes in the bottom of a tissue box or piece of cardboard. Pull bundles of paper strips into the holes and hang the plucking toy in your bird cage with string or zip ties.
