Paper Mache Hamster House

Construct a luxury house for your hamster! Cut pieces of cardboard into rectangles for each wall of the towers, cut out any windows or doorways needed, tape the walls of each structure together and cover any open edges with tape. Cut sheets of newspaper into strips, mix glue and water in a bowl and paper mache the structures. Cut pieces of cardboard for the stairs and bridges, paper mache each piece, slide a toothpick into each small piece of cardboard for support and assemble the hamster house. Coat the structure with a second layer of paper mache and paint the house with a glue, paint and water mixture.
