Planter Light Cover

Use a planter as a lampshade in your terrarium! Get a planter that has a hole in the bottom and is large enough to accommodate your light bulb. Cut a piece of rope, fold the rope in half, and knot the rope in the middle. Turn the planter upside-down and thread the ends of the rope up through the hole so that the knot is inside the planter. Attach a light socket inside the planter and thread the wire up through the hole in the planter. Put a light bulb in the socket and test it to ensure that the bulb does not overly heat the planter before hanging the light in your pet’s habitat.
