Plastic Bottle Mouse Nest

Use plastic bottles to add an additional room to your mouse cage! Select two plastic bottles and remove the labels. Heat a skewer or pin and poke ventilation holes around both bottles. Cut a hole in the side of one bottle, cut several radial slits along the inside of the hole and insert the neck of the second bottle into the hole. Cut a hole in the mesh screen on your mouse cage and insert the plastic bottle neck into the screen. Place an object under the mouse nest bottle for support if needed and provide the mice with a ladder or rope to access the nest.
