Sweatpants Dog Vest

Create a sweater vest for your dog out of sweatpants! Measure your dog and cut off the legs of as many pairs of sweatpants as needed. Sew the ankle elastics of the pants to the fabric on either side of the seam and cut the legs along the seam. Sew the pieces of fabric together to make a tube, cut out arm holes for your dog at the necessary location and hem the bottom edge of the sweater.
