Trash Can Hay Feeder

Turn a trash can into a hay feeder for your goats! Cut out holes from the front and either side of the trash can. Place a cinder block inside the trash can and fill the trash can with hay. Wrap a bungee cord over the lid of the trash can and tie the trash can to a tree or fence post.
