Water Jug Aquarium Lamp

Incorporate an aquarium into your decor with a large water container! Drill a hole just below the neck of the plastic water jug, sand the sides of a PVC brushing to fit inside the bottle spout and attach a lamp fixture to the top. Cut a PVC pipe for the riser tube, attach a PVC L-connector and X-connector near the top of the riser tube and a T-connector at the bottom of the riser tube for the under-gravel filter. Drill a hole through the center of a silicone baking plate, secure the plate on the riser tube and feed the lamp wires through the L-connector and out of the hole in the water jug. Pour gravel into the aquarium lamp, decorate the aquarium and turn on the light for your aquatic pets.
