DIY Hay-Covered Tunnel

Cover a toilet paper roll with hay to make a tunnel for your hamster! Combine equal parts of flour and water in a bowl. Finely chop pieces of hay over a plate. Use a paintbrush to apply the flour paste on the outside of a toilet paper roll or paper towel roll, then roll the tube on the pile of hay. Press the hay directly onto any patchy areas, adding extra flour paste if needed. Cut off the strands of hay that extend past the edges of the tube. Set the tunnel in your pet’s cage.
