DIY Wire Swing Perch

Make a perch for hummingbirds or other birds that may visit your yard! Cut a wood dowel or bamboo stake to the length needed for the perch. Attach rubber end caps on either end of the perch. Cut a long piece of wire, twist the middle of the wire into a loop, threading beads on as you twist. Thread several more beads on either end of the wire and twist the ends of the wire around the side of the perch. Cut a small piece of wire, thread beads onto the wire, and hang the decoration on the loop of the perch wire. Hang the perch on a shepherds hook.
