DIY Guinea Pig Who Costume

Dress your guinea pig as a Who from the Dr. Seuss book, Horton Hears a Who! Measure your guinea pig. Draw the shape of the guinea pig vest on a piece of newspaper, cut out the shape, and use the paper template to cut out the shape from a piece of fabric. Decorate the vest and attach Velcro fasteners on the ends of the straps. Cut a circle of fabric to make the hat, attach fuzzy hair to the top of the hat, and attach a either end of a small piece of elastic on either side.
