DIY Catnip Christmas Stocking Toy

Sew a Christmas stocking your cat can truly appreciate! Draw the shape of the stocking on a piece of paper, cut out the shape, and use the paper template to cut the shape out of two matching pieces of fabric. Put the outside of the fabric together and sew the edges of the stocking shut, leaving the top open. Fold the stocking out through the top, then fill it with catnip. Cut a piece of string, sew the ends of the string onto the top of the stocking to make a loop, and sew the top of the stocking closed. Cut a strip of fabric for the stocking cuff, sew the short ends of the strip together, then sew the cuff onto the top of the stocking.
