DIY Recycled Lightening Bug Holders

Gather containers from the recycling bin to make lightening bug baskets! Cut a paper milk or juice container in half and cut out windows from the sides of the bucket or cut windows around the sides of a plastic container. Cut plastic page protectors to fit over the windows and tape the plastic in place. Cut a square from the leftover milk carton to make a lid for the lightening bug holder, poke holes in the lid and tape the lid onto the bucket. Bend a pipe cleaner into the holes in the lid for a handle and decorate the containers with pieces of felt.
