Egg Carton Foraging Toy

A few simple items can quickly become an interactive foraging toy for your parrot! Cut lengths of string, knot one end and cover the string with pieces of straws or pasts with puzzle pieces or squares of cardboard. Thread the string up through the bottom of the egg carton, through a large food treat inside the carton, up through the top of the carton and cover the remaining string with more pasta, straws or cardboard. Repeat to thread several strings through the egg carton and inside treats, stuff the egg carton with shredded paper and hang the foraging treat in your bird’s cage.
