DIY Butterfly House

Build a house for your local butterflies! Cut pieces of wood for the walls and roof of the house and cut several thick slits in the front wall for butterfly doorways. Lay the back wall of the house flat, arrange pieces of bark on the wood with empty borders on each side and nail the bark onto the wood. Drill a post onto a piece of wood for the base of the house, assemble the house and paint the butterfly house a bright color. Stake the house firmly in the ground of your garden and plant flowers nearby.
