DIY Clay ID Tag

Make an ID tag to ensure your pet can get home if lost! Flatten a piece of clay with your hand and use a cookie cutter or knife to cut out a small shape. Use a toothpick or alphabet stamps to write your pet’s name and phone number on the tag and remove the tip of a pen to punch a hole in the clay at the top of the tag. Bake the tag, rub paint into the lettering once the tag has cooled and wipe off the paint on the tag. Glaze the tag, attach a jump ring, secure the ID tag on your dog or cat’s collar and make an identification card to match.
