DIY Fabric Pet Party Hat

Make a party hat for your dog to celebrate in style! Cut a rectangle of felt or other thick fabric and fold down the top right corner until it touches the bottom edge of the rectangle. Apply a piece of hot glue across the left edge of the rectangle and fold over the excess fabric to seal the edge and make a triangle shape. Cut off the open corner of the triangle to make the fabric look like a flat cone, fold up the bottom edge of the hat and decorate the hat. Cut two pieces of decorative ribbon and glue the ribbon into either side of the hat.
